Larchmont Construction is a residential main contractor delivering bespoke new build homes, refurbishments, extensions and heritage led projects within a 90 minute radius of Bath.
Miles founded Larchmont Construction with a clear purpose to deliver the highest quality residential projects with genuine director led oversight, strong commercial discipline and none of the noise that can slow complex builds down. Having worked his way from site to Director level through Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management at a leading regional contractor, he has personally overseen projects up to £20m in value. He is also CDM qualified with deep commercial knowledge across the full project lifecycle.
At Larchmont, this experience is available directly. Miles leads every project personally working closely with clients, architects and consultants from pre-construction through to completion, with the attention to detail, collaborative mindset and commitment to delivery our projects deserve.

We work with private clients, architects, consultants and design teams to deliver carefully considered homes with a strong focus on quality of execution, programme control and commercial discipline.
Projects range from complex refurbishments and substantial extensions through to one off new homes and the sensitive restoration of period and historic buildings.
