The conversion and refurbishment of a former fabric mill workshop to create two high quality contemporary homes within a unique waterside setting. The project retained the building’s robust masonry character while introducing new windows, entrances, services and carefully detailed interiors. Clean modern finishes sit comfortably alongside the original stone structure, creating light and practical living spaces while preserving the industrial identity and distinctive setting of the former mill building.
