Larchmont provided pre-construction services for this oceanfront residence in Turks and Caicos. The design combines Caribbean inspired architecture with a refined contemporary sensibility, using pale stone, shaded terraces and expansive openings to create a seamless connection between the interiors, natural landscape and ocean. Our early involvement focused on translating the design vision into a coordinated, buildable plan. Through constructability review, scope coordination, cost analysis and consideration of island specific procurement and logistics, we helped establish a clear path to construction.
